• Minor repair and finishing works

All services are subject to availability.

Quotations

​

• All quotations are free unless otherwise stated.

• Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Quotations are based on information available at the time of inspection.

• Any additional work requested after acceptance may incur extra charges.

• Variations will be discussed and agreed before commencement.

 Booking and Acceptance

​

A booking is confirmed once:

• The quotation has been accepted by the customer.

• Any required deposit has been paid.

• A start date has been agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse work at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities

​

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

• Remove fragile, valuable or personal items before work begins.

• Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available if required.

• Inform us of any hazards, asbestos, structural defects or safety concerns.

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or undisclosed issues.

Additional Work

​

Any work requested outside the agreed quotation will be treated as a variation and may result in additional charges.

We will always discuss and obtain approval before proceeding.

Payment Terms

​

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deposits may be required for larger projects.

• Invoices are payable after work is done or within the days agreed.

• Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

• We reserve the right to suspend work for overdue payments.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• Cash

• Other methods agreed in advance

Cancellations

​

Customers may cancel services by providing written notice.

The following may apply:

• More than 7 days before commencement: no charge.

• Less than 7 days before commencement: any non-recoverable costs may be charged.

• Materials already purchased specifically for the project may be chargeable.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Illness

• Safety concerns

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will provide alternative dates where possible.

Delays

​

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather

• Supplier delays

• Material shortages

• Property access issues

• Unforeseen structural defects

Project completion dates are estimates only.

Workmanship Guarantee

​

We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported within 14 days of completion.

We will inspect and, where appropriate, rectify genuine workmanship defects.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by third parties

• Water ingress, damp, structural movement or building defects

• Improper maintenance by the customer

Photographs

​

With customer permission, we may take photographs of completed work for use on our website, social media or marketing materials.

We will not publish any identifying information, personal possessions, addresses or images that compromise customer privacy without consent.

Customers may request that no photographs are taken.

​
